This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely fantastic - right opposite the metro station, and close to the city center. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. I loved that breakfast was included, it was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall, it was a great stay.

Despite a small hiccup with finding the entrance, they quickly resolved the issue and were easy to reach via phone or WhatsApp. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The high ceilings and large window added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the room. We were also pleased with the essential facilities provided, such as the small kitchen, washing machine, and iron, making our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend Norke Krasnoprudnaya for its excellent location, helpful hosts, and comfortable accommodations.

During my Christmas stay, the location of the accommodation was outstanding. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, it was so easy to grab a quick meal or snack. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette, complete with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to heat up leftovers or prepare simple meals. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations on places to visit in the area.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to par. The floors were grimey and the bathroom had seen better days.
